Haywood Regional Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Wound Care. The role focuses on wound care for patients of all ages and related nursing duties within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, care plan management, and collaboration with the care team. Active NC RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS within six months are required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualificações

• RN license required and in good standing.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform wound care and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Document medical records accurately and timely for care decisions.
• Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
• Support data conferences and participate in ongoing education.
