You will assess patients on admission and during shifts, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, and respond to requests in a timely manner, ensuring a positive clinical outcome.

Qualifications

• RN with active state license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, medications, and follow-up; translate medical terminology.
