Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for wound care to deliver specialized care and support to patients across ages. The RN will follow care plans, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safety and quality.

Holders of Tennessee RN licensure with a current BLS certification will join a team focused on patient wellbeing, professional development, and community health improvement in a hospital setting in Gallatin, TN.

Qualifications

• Current State of Tennessee RN license.
• BLS certification required to be current.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or RN Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, wound care, and other clinical activities as assigned.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and care protocols.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and program development.
