Highpoint Health Sumner is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for wound care on a PRN basis. The RN will perform wound care and related nursing duties, following established guidelines and physician orders, to support patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Tennessee RN licensure required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or RN Diploma in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies for wound care.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement interventions.
• Participate in wound care data conferences and continuing education as directed.
