Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN seeks a Wound Care Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families, including assessments, care plans, medication administration, documentation, and education.

You will round to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes, applying nursing processes across ages per scope of service, and promoting strong customer service initiatives with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year wound care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• You will be performing patient rounding in an effort to maximize patient satisfaction and quality standards.
• You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served as per Scope of Service.
• You will promote customer service initiatives.
• You are given the opportunity to utilize nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
• In this role you will demonstrate your ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
