Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on evidence-based practices, clinical documentation, and continuous learning to support patient outcomes.

The RN will coordinate care, participate in planning, and ensure safe, effective transitions for patients while adhering to standards and policies. A valid NJ RN license and BLS/CPR are required with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate and coordinate care across shifts and units.
• Document care and outcomes per policy and standards.
• Maintain competency and adhere to ANA Code for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
