Qualifications

• Associate's Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Nursing preferred.
• Field of Study: ultrasound including echocardiology and vascular flow studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and assessments for adolescent to geriatric patients.
• Lead care team and manage clinic scheduling and patient education.
• Coordinate with home health nurses, insurance case managers, and referring physicians.
