Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Inpatient Wound Care to provide direct patient care under the direction of the Clinical Director and Wound Care educator.

The RN will act as a case manager for wound care and ostomy patients, coordinating with medical and clinical staff to implement and evaluate care plans. Licensure in Georgia and BLS are required; wound care certification within 2 years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for wound care and ostomy patients under supervision.
• Coordinate patient care with Medical and Clinical staff to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Participate in work groups to promote current best practice standards in wound care.
• Follow State Practice Act and hospital policies in all activities.
