Job summary
AdventHealth seeks a Registered Nurse specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence care to join our team in Rome, GA. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care.

Qualifications
- RN with an associate degree and an active license.
- Strong knowledge of wounds, ostomies and continence care.
- Experience in acute hospital settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine wound, ostomy, and continence care needs.
- Develop and document individualized care plans.
- Administer treatments and medications safely and monitor responses.
- Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
