Responsibilities

• Ensure wound care treatments are carried out as prescribed by licensed nurses.
• Evaluate high-risk patients for pressure reduction interventions.
• Conduct body assessments and document new admissions per policy.
• Round with doctors weekly to assist with resident assessments.
