Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC seeks a Wound Care RN (Registered Nurse) to provide specialized wound care and contribute to weekly physician rounds in our NY facility. You will document wounds, oversee treatments, and support high-risk patient management in collaboration with licensed nurses.

The ideal candidate has an active NY RN license, CPR certification, at least 1 year wound care experience, and excellent communication. LTC experience is a plus; join our team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter, hard working and dedicated professional
• Must have at least 1 year experience with wound care
• Current and valid RN license in the State of NY
• Active CPR Certificate

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in LTC preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and a team player

Responsibilities
