Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute is hiring a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) in Greenville, SC to deliver specialized skin and wound care under physician direction, contributing to healing and improved resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Wound care experience and strong clinical judgment required.
• Active LPN license in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and modifying individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Educate staff on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
