Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide specialized skin and wound care to residents under physician and nursing leadership. You will promote healing, prevent complications, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with wound care nursing and PCC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders.
• Assess wound progress and document treatment effectiveness.
• Contribute to care plan development and modifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Educate staff on wound care techniques and prevention.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and regulatory standards.
