Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized skin and wound care to residents under physician and Nursing leadership. You will assess wounds, document progress, and participate in care planning.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay of $29–$36, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, birthday PTO, 401(k) match, and PRN opportunities across our network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness
• Assist in developing and modifying individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
