You will play a key role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving overall resident outcomes.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide **direct wound care and skin treatments** in accordance with physician orders* Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness* Assist in developing and **modifying individualized care plans*** Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes* Educate staff on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation* Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards### ### **Qualifications*** Active, unencumbered **RN license in South Carolina*** Graduate of an accredited **Nursing program*** **Current CPR certification required*** Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC) preferred*** Prior wound care experience strongly preferred* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail* Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered careWe are an equal opportunity employer.
