Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wound/HBOT Program. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care, participate in patient education, and coordinate with physicians and the wound care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Candidates must be an experienced nurse with an active MA RN license, wound care certification preferred (within 1 year), 3 years Med-Surg, and ability to manage 2+ patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Wound Care Certification required within 1 year of hire.
• 3 years of Med-Surg experience in an acute setting.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Current or recent wound care experience including NPWT and hyperbaric integration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate nursing care for 2+ patients.
• Experience with physicians and staff to ensure clinic flow and patient satisfaction.
• Care for adolescents to geriatrics.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care, health maintenance, teaching and counseling.
• Lead the team to deliver safe, patient-centered care via the nursing process.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.
• Coordinate delivery of nursing care to 2+ patients at a time.
• Ensure timely clinic flow and high patient satisfaction.

Formation

Associates Degree in Nursing

BSN preferred
