Job summary

Emerald Health & Rehab in Lillington, NC is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. The role requires adherence to federal, state and local standards, infection control, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain outcomes.

Full-time position with Monday–Friday shifts; wage is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Training in infection prevention and control (e.g., CDC’s infection and control modules) or other qualified infection control education.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality care.
• Comply with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and procedures.
