Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff.
• Must be able to work hours as scheduled and meet safety and sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff involved in nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and facility policies.
