Saber Healthcare Group in Wilmington, NC seeks a qualified RN or LPN to assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and supervise nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. You will ensure compliance with health standards and infection control policies, while coordinating with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership.

Requirements include an active NC RN/LPN license, CPR certification, and infection prevention training.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• CPR certification required.
• Infection prevention and control training completed or within first week of hire.
• Must communicate in English and follow instructions.
• Wound care certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care delivery.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
