Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state in which you work.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality care in a SNF setting.
