Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in NC.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with supervisors and staff in delivering care.
- Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.

- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
