Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise inpatient wound care activities.
• Provide patient care with emphasis on pressure ulcer prevention and wound assessment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing director, and nurse managers to ensure consistent quality care.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for adults and geriatric patients.
• Deliver staff teaching on wound care best practices and care planning.
• Adhere to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
