Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma/licensure by endorsement.
• RN license required in state of employment.
• Physical requirements include medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent 20 lbs., and occasional 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and document care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic tasks (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain confidential patient charts, document status and outcomes, and use IT for communication and decision support.
• Advocate for patient health and safety and provide patient/family education.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing

Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
