Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation and data review.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with outcomes monitoring.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, specimens).
• Maintain confidential patient charts with timely documentation and IT-supported decision-making.
