Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; licensure as RN.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work up to 50 lbs, etc.
• BSN preferred; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain confidential charts and document status and outcomes accurately.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Educate patients/families and assess teaching effectiveness.
