Job summary

Regency Hermiston, part of Regency Pacific, seeks a compassionate RN with wound care certification to join our center clinical team in Hermiston, Oregon. Under physician orders, develop and implement wound care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with staff to educate and evaluate competency.

This role requires an active Oregon RN license and wound care certification, with attention to federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Active wound care certification.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Current wound care/treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and comprehensive wound/skin care assessments of each assigned resident.
• Develop and implement an evidence-based care plan for each wound care patient.
• Communicate patient clinical status changes to the healthcare team and physician.
• Visit in-room with staff for collaboration, education/training, evaluating competency, and performing skills checks.
• Review charts of wound care patients as assigned.
• Deliver skilled nursing care.
• Manage nursing duties on a rotating basis.
