Job summary

Healogics is seeking an RN to support Wound Care Center patients at Palestine and Jacksonville clinics. The role includes intake/discharge, vein clinic tasks, and potential Case Manager duties. You will assess wounds, document care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requires ADN and active RN license; BSN preferred and wound care experience or certification favored. The position involves a mix of patient care, education, and collaboration with the care team

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) and current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred; Wound care experience or certification preferred.
• Competent in BLS and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after training; may serve as Case Manager.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans and evaluate patient status.
• Educate patients and caregivers; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Possibly perform HBO-related duties and collaborate with care teams.
• Act as Documentation Assistant as needed; perform other duties.
