Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements in healthcare
• Ability to translate complex terms to patients and caregivers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, program director and medical director
• Assist as Documentation Assistant as needed
