Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States. This RN position centers on delivering high-quality patient care in the Wound Care Center, managing intake and discharge, and participating in clinical and educational activities.

Under the Wound Care Center leadership, you may perform case management, assist in HBO therapy, and collaborate with physicians and program leadership to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per hospital/nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients and coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Potentially serve as hyperbaric safety director after training.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, Program Director and Medical Director.
• Possible Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy.
• Other duties as required.
