Job summary

Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks an Ambulatory RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, applying evidence-based practice to support patient needs across the continuum of care.

Requirements include an RN license (multi-state compact or single state), BLS, and typically 2 years of nursing experience. BSN is preferred. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with on-site responsibilities at High Point Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with RN compact or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making.
