Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking an Ambulatory RN for LiveWELL clinics in Winston-Salem. You will provide patient‑centered care, collaborate with the care team, and document in the EHR across the continuum of care.

Requirements include a Board of Nursing approved program, RN license (multi‑state compact preferred), BLS, and typically 2 years of clinical nursing experience. This full‑time float position serves 2 Winston-Salem clinics and additional Wake sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license (multi-state compact or single-state) with privileges to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area.
