Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; marketing/community education experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff performance.
• Manage revenue cycle and financial reporting for the program.
• Collaborate with hospital marketing and physician liaison teams to grow referrals.
• Implement a continuous quality and performance improvement program.
• Maintain relationships with hospital leaders and panel physicians; travel as needed.
