Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center across the assigned area. You will manage daily operations, staff, and financials while driving growth through community education and hospital partnerships.

The role requires a healthcare-focused degree and experience in marketing/community education or clinical operations, with strong leadership, analytics, and relationship-building skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 1 year in marketing/community education (healthcare) or clinical ops.
• Alternative: 2+ years marketing/community education with an Associate’s degree.
• Alternative: 4+ years marketing/community education with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day wound care center operations and staff management.
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle coordination with hospital partners.
• Develop and execute community education/marketing plans to increase referrals.
• Implement a continuous quality/performance improvement program.
• Maintain strong hospital relationships and manage executive communication.
