Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Wilmington, DE is hiring wound care physicians of all specialties to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

This no-call physician role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with part-time options, and the opportunity to perform hands-on procedures and build lasting patient relationships. Comprehensive training is provided and earnings are competitive for full-time physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
