Skilled Wound Care in Wilmington, DE is hiring physicians of all specialties to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

This no-call physician job offers a high-impact career with no nights or weekends, and the option of either full-time or part-time work. Independent contractor earnings can reach $300,000+ with per-patient and per-procedure pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background: We welcome physicians from all specialties; residency and board certification/eligibility not required; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
