Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Wound Care Physician to provide hands-on care for geriatric patients in nursing facilities. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with autonomy to manage your own outcomes and the freedom from overhead burdens.

Enjoy true autonomy, no hospital politics, and a compensation structure including per-patient and per-procedure pay, with potential bonuses reaching above $300,000 annually for full-time work.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities.
• Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes.
• Operate as a mobile wound care physician under a 1099 independent contractor model.
