Job summary

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national wound care physician group, seeks motivated MDs and DOs to transition off the hospital treadmill. As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you’ll provide hands-on geriatric care in nursing facilities with full clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Texas medical license.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license.
  • Note: Residency and Board Certification not required to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities.
  • Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes; we handle the rest.
  • Operate as a mobile physician with no on-call duties.
