Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is a national wound care physician group seeking MDs and DOs who want to step off the hospital treadmill and reclaim clinical autonomy.

As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide hands-on care to geriatric residents in nursing facilities, make clinical decisions, and we handle the rest.

Compensation includes per-patient and per-procedure pay, quarterly bonuses up to 30%, and extensive training to support your practice.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility not required to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric residents in nursing facilities.
  • Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes.
  • Work as an independent contractor with administrative overhead handled by the company.
