Skilled Wound Care in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Wound Care Physicians for full-time or part-time roles. Enjoy a No-Call lifestyle with Monday–Friday schedules, hands-on procedures, and autonomy in care. Physicians support wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities.

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures

Wound Care Physician Salary & Compensation

Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)

High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses

Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Wound Care Physician Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

• Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4-5 days per week

Wound Care Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome physicians from all specialties. Completed residency and board certification/eligibility are not required. No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
