Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Austin, TX is seeking a Wound Care Physician to provide expert wound care with a no-call lifestyle. The role supports physicians across specialties to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training

• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols

Wound Care Physician Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

Wound Care Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
