Qualifications

• Requires Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s/Master’s in PT prior to 2016.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students.
• Participate in related activities to support patient care and department operations.
