Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy or a Bachelor's/Master's in physical therapy prior to 2016.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Provides physical therapy services to restore function and reduce pain.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students.
• Participates in related activities in support of patient care and department operations.
