Job summary

Avantara Lake Zurich is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our compassionate team and support residents with high-quality wound care.

You will assist the Treatment Doctor and wound care team, monitor patients, perform lifting/turning, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for every resident.

Illinois nursing license and CPR certification are required; one year wound care experience is preferred. Tuition reimbursement and internal growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Administer wound care under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Monitor residents, observe changes in condition, document care.
