Avantara Chicago Ridge is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our expert team in Chicago Ridge, IL. You will deliver comprehensive wound care, collaborate with the wound care team, and support treatment plans under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Required are an unencumbered IL RN license and CPR certification. One year of wound care experience is preferred, with opportunities for training and career growth within our award-winning facility.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered IL RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year wound care experience preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and related treatment under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Document care and monitor residents' wound progress.
• Assist with lifting and turning as part of wound care delivery.
• Collaborate with the wound care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
