Responsibilities

• Preserve skin integrity by implementing and monitoring skin preservation strategies.
• Ensure wound and skin care protocols are approved by medical staff.
• Organize weekly multidisciplinary wound and skin rounds for high-risk patients and those with pressure ulcers.
• Provide hands-on wound care for difficult and non-healing wounds.
• Serve as a resource to hospital staff on wound and skin care matters.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• AD (Associate's degree in Nursing) required.
