Select Specialty Hospital - Savannah is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our team in Savannah, GA. This full-time role focuses on preserving skin integrity, providing hands-on wound care, and coordinating multidisciplinary rounds for high-risk patients with complex wounds.

The RN must hold an ADN, have 1 year of related experience, and a valid state RN license. BLS is required by start date, and wound care training is completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Preserve skin integrity by wound care strategies.

• Serve as a resource to hospital staff on wound and skin care.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Compensation: $37.90 to $50.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• AD (Associate's degree in Nursing) required.
• One (1) year of related experience required.
• Valid State RN License.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Must complete wound care training in the first 90 days in the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
