Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert skin and wound care to high-risk patients. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• AD required.
• One year of related experience required.
• Valid State RN License.
• BLS certification by start date.
• Must complete wound care training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Preserve skin integrity by implementing and monitoring skin preservation strategies.
• Ensure all wound and skin care protocols are approved by medical staff.
• Organize multidisciplinary wound and skin rounds weekly for high-risk patients.
• Provide hands-on wound care for difficult and non-healing wounds.
• Serve as a resource to hospital staff on wound and skin care.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Position: Wound Care Nurse Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8 hoursCompensation: $40.88- 54.50 per hour

Sign-on bonus:$10,000

Previous wound care experience needed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• AD (Associate's degree in Nursing) required.


• One (1) year of related experience required.


• Valid State RN License.


• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.


• Must complete wound care training in the first 90 days in the role.

Preferred qualifications:

• BSN preferred.
