Job summary

The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) leads the wound care center’s clinical operations, coordinating patient care, assessment, planning and performance improvement. You will oversee nursing staff and collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, hospital and CMS guidelines, while guiding staff development and implementing quality

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide patient care assessment, planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• Assist in staff development and training.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction.
