Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team.

You will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, incisions, and skin concerns while collaborating with physicians and families to support resident outcomes. The role requires an active LVN or RN license, strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
