Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment services to residents.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and educate staff on best practices. The role requires an active LVN or RN license and strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures is preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
